Hi, I’m Nancy!

As an author and therapist, I have studied self-doubt, the Monger (what I call the inner critic), and over-functioning as a way of coping for the past 20 years. Plus, I have lived with all three for my whole life.

I am an author, podcaster, speaker, blogger, wife, animal lover, daughter, sister, aunt and friend. I am fascinated with psychology and the role of self-loyalty in decreasing our suffering.

I am no longer on social media (not surprisingly, it is largely because of self-loyalty).
