Implementation Week

Welcome to Implementation Week.
As a reminder, Change happens in small steps, and giving yourself a week to implement is one of the most self-loyal things you can do.
The intention of this week is for you to get a chance to implement what you have been learning by practicing self-loyalty in your day-to-day life. I say this every time but I want you to remember:
It is an act of self-loyalty to catch up or re-listen to past lessons.
It is an act of self-loyalty to take a few days off from thinking about self-loyalty.
It is an act of self-loyalty to listen to the Ask Nancy Jane episodes because you haven’t had time.
it is an act of self-loyalty to start implementing what you have been learning in your real life.
The beauty of self-loyalty only you can decide—there is no right way to spend implementation week:)
If you are someone who wants more structure on how to piece all these ideas together here is a tangible action step.
We talked about it in day one of our 2nd week of the Self Loyalty theme, naming your values. So if you didn’t get a chance to do it then, this week would be a great time! I have included a worksheet in the portal and the show notes with a list of values and the instructions to name your top five values, do an inventory of how your values are showing up, and where or how you can better express these values.
When your Monger starts chatting and your anxiety gets high about what you should be doing, you can return to your values list and ask, Does this activity fit my values? If it does, you can pursue that activity with the kindness of your Biggest Fan. If it doesn't, you can let that activity go and choose one more in line with your values.
Have a good week and if you have any questions let me know via the Ask Nancy Jane form in the portal and I will happily answer them! I will be back in your ears in a few days as we start Spiral 2. I am super excited!!
Take Care!
